The "preceding station" link is to the Homewood, Ill., station, rather than to the correct Homewood. Pa., station in Pittsburgh, as presumably intended. The link to the Edgewood station leads to a dead end. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.145.179.197 (talk) 16:27, 21 February 2014 (UTC)

- Pennsylvania Railroad Station-Wilkinsburg → Wilkinsburg station
- Wilkinsburg (PAT station) → Wilkinsburg station (PAT)
– The WP:COMMONNAME for this station, per WP:USSTATION, is simply Wilkinsburg station. The current article title is derived from the name the station building was registered under in the National Register of Historic Places, but NRHP place names aren't a good guide for determining article titles. This article is also the WP:PRIMARYTOPIC for "Wilkinsburg station". The other contender, Wilkinsburg (PAT station), is a bus rapid transit station about two blocks from the old railroad station. Although neither article is especially well-trafficked, the railroad station has twice as many page views over the last 30 days as the bus station. The bus station is also a likely merge candidate with Martin Luther King Jr. East Busway, but that's out of scope for this discussion. Mackensen (talk) 14:00, 7 April 2018 (UTC)
- Support but shouldn't the "s" in "Station" be capitalized? Rreagan007 (talk) 16:14, 7 April 2018 (UTC)
- No, it shouldn't. That's only done in rare cases, like Pennsylvania Station (New York City), where it's part of the proper name. Mackensen (talk) 16:16, 7 April 2018 (UTC)
- Support per nom. Dicklyon (talk) 04:16, 8 April 2018 (UTC)
- Support renaming these articles. Don't think they should be merged (with each other or with other articles) though. (By the way, the PAT station page has few links to it so far, which is likely the cause for its currently low pageview count). Thanks! --Hhm8 (talk) 05:24, 9 April 2018 (UTC)
