Your understanding used to be correct, but hasn't been for about 6 years now. If you'll notice at the top of the essay you cited, that essay is inactive. Essays aren't policy anyway, but they are used as a kind of shorthand in deletion discussions to save having to write out a common argument. That particular argument was overturned in an RFC in 2018. As you objected to the PROD, it was removed, but the article won't likely survive WP:AFD unless you can come up with some reliableindependentsecondary sources that discuss the school (not its alumni) in detail. 4.37.252.50 (talk) 15:10, 11 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
