Contesting. Walton, Liverpool apparently hasn't been called "Walton on the Hill" since 1922, so unlikely that people are looking for it by this name. I disagree with SilverLocust's statement because just because something is no longer referred a name/phrase as a WP:COMMONNAME doesn't mean it isn't still referred to by the old name in some contexts, especially historical.
