Notability discussion, in particular a reference analysis

[edit]

The rock, paper, shotgun interview from 2013 is non-trivial coverage and a reliable source.

The Der Standard article seems to be non-trivial and reliable as well. Maybe someone from Austria can say how reputable Der Standard is.

The videogametourism interview and roguelikeradio podcast are both non-trivial, but unreliable.

ultimaratioregum.co.uk is a primary source. That Temple of the Roguelike forum post is a primary source.

Johnson's talk at ProcJam 2014 (shown in this youtube video could be useful as a primary source. However, the secondary sources covering this talk are trivial (PC Gamer reference).

The rest of the sources are either unreliable (too blog-y) or more trivial coverage (the other Rock, Paper, Shotgun reference, ProcJam Talks Schedule).

"Norwich Gaming Festival Industry Days" seems to be a broken link.

"The world is a found object, and we are imperfect archeologists" seems to be a blog and therefore unreliable.

Der Standard is usually seen as very reliable in the German-speaking countries. Its articles are in-depth most of the time, including the technological ones. Maths314 (talk) 14:31, 20 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
