There is still a lot of work that needs to be done before this article is ready for main. The Non-Tornadic Effects and Aftermath/Recovery sections need to be filled out (preferably) or deleted for the time being. The references section is fairly limited, and there are lots of things said through the summary section that aren't referenced, for example, the article is all the way through the Meteorological Synopsis before hitting its second reference. I understand the desire to have an article on this since it qualifies for "Super Outbreak" status based on OIS, but it's not ready yet. Not a veteran editor, so I am hesitant to submit an AFD, but should that be the next step since Draftify is an outcome of that?
