Free for non-commercial use

[edit]

The article makes the unsupported claim that this game "is notable for being one of the few games whose copyright has been released to public use; ROM images of the game may be used freely for non-commercial use." However, this isn't what the official MAME download site says: "The ROMs on these pages have been approved for free distribution on this site only. Just because they are available here for download does not entitle you to put them on your own site, include them with your own distributions of MAME, or bundle them with your software, cabinet, or other item. To do that, you must obtain permission from the original owners." If we have a reliable source showing that this particular game has more liberal licensing terms, we need to specify it. —Psychonaut (talk) 13:53, 24 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
