Rowling → Rowling (disambiguation) – The clear WP:PRIMARYTOPIC is the author of Harry Potter, so Rowling should just redirect to J.K. Rowling.

Edit: For those asking for proof, per the page views tool and Google Trends Joanne Rowling is far more known than Prime Minister Bill. Oppose. It's irrelevant which person with the surname Rowling is most sought when none of them are known as simply "Rowling". This page is averaging only 4 hits per day out of 8,000 for J. K.
