Feedback from Will (Wiki Ed)

[edit]

Hi ExtandTor - Apologies for the late feedback! Thanks for all your work on this article. I think you're in great shape here. It looks like Elysia was able to make some tweaks on the live version, which is great! I have one little piece of feedback which is in no way urgent -- typically leads don't contain any references (since leads are distilled from the content of the article, the citations backing up the lead will be present in the rest of the article). So if you want to double check that everything is substantiated somewhere in the article and remove the references in the lead, that would be great! Thanks for all of you work on this! To clarify, that means: make sure everything claimed in the lead is substantiated in more detail with sources later in the article. It does not mean merely to remove the references from the lead. —David Eppstein (talk) 18:33, 28 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Understood. I'll address all this when the end of the semester calms down. ExtandTor (talk) 19:22, 29 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@David Eppstein: I wonder if it would be best not to list her full birthday because of these guidelines/recommendations [1]. ExtandTor (talk) 19:22, 29 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Given that I found the birthday in a major international bibliographic database, I doubt it will cause more harm to continue to include it. —David Eppstein (talk) 19:34, 29 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
