HI Will, Indeed, times flies. I've feverishly worked to add more to the Mercedes Lopez-Morales. Please let me know if you have any comments before I move it live. Thanks, ILoveMath1989 (talk) 00:43, 5 December 2018 (UTC)
I tried to add to my 2nd article on Katrin Wehrheim; I actually found a lot of info, but I ran out of time. Could you please review it? User:ILoveMath1989/sandbox2 Thanks, ILoveMath1989 (talk) 20:00, 5 December 2018 (UTC)
DYK nomination of Prison Special
[edit]Hello! Your submission of Prison Special at the Did You Know nominations page has been reviewed, and some issues with it may need to be clarified. Please review the comment(s) underneath your nomination's entry and respond there as soon as possible. Thank you for contributing to Did You Know! Joseph2302 (talk) 15:11, 23 December 2018 (UTC)
- Hi @Joseph2302: Thanks for following up on the nomination. I was away for the holidays and just checked the nomination page. If I'm reading it correctly, it looks like everything was resolved. BonnieEllenBurns did most of the work on this and I think she made final corrections. Is there anything additional I need to do to get it published? I hope the timing still works! Will (Wiki Ed) (talk) 18:22, 3 January 2019 (UTC)
- Everything is good with that nomination now, thanks. Joseph2302 (talk) 18:36, 3 January 2019 (UTC)
DYK for Prison Special
[edit]On 20 January 2019, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Prison Special, which you recently nominated. The fact was ... that American suffragists arrested for protesting at the White House later toured the country on the Prison Special while dressed in their prison uniforms (Lucy Branham pictured)? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Prison Special. You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, daily totals), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page. |

Hello, Will,
I just noticed this page in project space. I'm not sure what this is or what it is for but I'd like to suggest getting an interview with the Signpost to introduce this new tool to the community. If this has already happened and I've just stumbled upon this page today, then my apologies. But if it is a tool to combat systematic bias on the project, like Women in Red, then I think that it would help to get the word out and explain more about these tables, how they were put together and how they might be used by content creators. Thank you. Liz Read! Talk! 21:01, 24 July 2023 (UTC)
- @Liz Thanks! I have been posting about this project on Women in Red's talk page. I'd love to get an interview with the Signpost! Would you suggest contacting one of the editors or leaving a note on their talk page or submitting it as a story? I've got a Wiki Education blog post ready to go too. Thanks for your note! Will (Wiki Ed) (talk) 21:37, 24 July 2023 (UTC)
Duplicate parm error in Wikidata list
[edit]Hi Will. Pages updated by Listeriabot in your subpages (example: User:Will (Wiki Ed)/Equity queries/Nationality/Benin) have duplicate parm errors in {{Wikidata list}} for |links=text & |links=red. They show up on Category:Pages using duplicate arguments in template calls. I don't know what code is generating those parms, but I'm hoping you do :-) Davemck (talk) 01:18, 27 July 2023 (UTC)
- Hi @Davemck I'll try to pin down what's causing those. Thanks...thanks for pointing me toward that category list! I'm sure I can iron out this wrinkle quickly. Will (Wiki Ed) (talk) 15:59, 27 July 2023 (UTC)
- It's being caused by having both
|links=text
and|links=red
in the {{Wikidata list}} template call. - X201 (talk) 07:20, 2 August 2023 (UTC)- @X201 Thanks so much! I'll modify the existing Listeria tables to remove that duplication and be sure to not include both parameters in future tables. Thanks! Will (Wiki Ed) (talk) 20:07, 2 August 2023 (UTC)
- @Davemck Just wanted to let you know that I've updated all of the tables, so I think they should be removed from that category. Thanks again for pointing out the error! Will (Wiki Ed) (talk) 16:27, 7 August 2023 (UTC)
- Yes, they are gone. Thanks & you're welcome. Davemck (talk) 16:32, 7 August 2023 (UTC)

Unintended categorization in automated lists
[edit]I fixed the issue manually, but I think that's just temporary. jlwoodwa (talk) 03:19, 6 August 2023 (UTC)
- Thanks, @Jlwoodwa...I'm not quite sure what would have triggered those categories to appear from the Listeria table...I didn't see them on other pages. I'll keep an eye out to see if they continue to appear. Thank you for taking care of that. Will (Wiki Ed) (talk) 23:44, 7 August 2023 (UTC)
