Cinematography
[edit]For me, the most memorable thing about this show was its cinematography. The photography was really striking. I recall watching with some friends, and agreeing that the composition of every scene was a work of art. Didn't this show ever win some sort of award for that? The quality of the photography seemed to surpass similar shows of the time, such as Hercules. =Axlq 07:05, 19 May 2007 (UTC)
An enormous anachronism
[edit]Just for the fun of it, in AD 400 the Romans were not invading, but removing their forces, never to return, not because of any Celtic uprising, but because it was too costly to defend Britain against the invading Saxons and the Roman army needed the legions elsewhere anyway. :-) Cheers 157.157.235.49 (talk) 20:20, 15 January 2009 (UTC)
"Father" character
[edit]Would someone familiar with the cast please identify in the article the name of the actor who played the young boy "Father." I remember he was eventually murdered. I tried a quick search on Google and came up empty. If he's listed on IMDb, his picture might be older now if he continued acting. Thanks. 5Q5 (talk) 19:04, 27 January 2015 (UTC)

– The first is needed per WP:NCTVUS now that Roar (upcoming TV series) is published, and I would WP:BOLDLY move it, but I was interested in the consensus on the latter, so a consolidated RM seemed appropriate. The current title is seems to conform to WP:NCTV as it is the only British page on Roar, but I wasn't sure if there was a desire for WP:CONDAB across the board. — 2pou (talk) 18:08, 16 June 2021 (UTC)
- Support 1st since the 1997 one gets 1,113 views compared with 107[[1]] for the upcoming one so probbaly not enough for a PDAB in addition to the fact that its views are only from 7 June. Crouch, Swale (talk) 10:50, 18 June 2021 (UTC)
- Support both, the latter for consistency. Lennart97 (talk) 10:07, 24 June 2021 (UTC)
