Richter is the most powerful Belmont? What proof is there on that? True: Richter has tremendous skill, but what is there to prevent one from claiming Julius Belmont isn't more powerful? I mean afterall: the guy in his 50's and can still kick major undead butt... imagine him in his prime (like Walter from Hellsing).
