[edit]

This article was created from the list of missing wanted articles. THINK BEFORE YOU SPEEDY DELETE! dont believe me? http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Wikipedia:Most_wanted_articles see for yourself.

That doesn't mean anything. Do you have verifiable secondary sources to back your article up? MuZemike 20:13, 10 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Read the tag before you jerk your knee as well. It's not nominated for speedy deletion, mearly marked as not having any references. Though if this isn't corrected, it might be deleted.--RadioFan (talk) 20:22, 10 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Check the times. I wrote that before the tag was placed. I know this was going to be a problem. Trying to create a page on wikipedia is near impossible these days So I wrote that comment about 1 second after I created the page. The Isiah (talk) 07:57, 13 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I need help

[edit]

Skyerise, we are translating this article to the esWP. We need to know if you understand the name of it as: a) The Observatory, belonging to the Remote Astronomical Society or b) The remote observatory, belonging to the astronomical society. Thnx.--DanielLZIraldo (talk) 07:41, 18 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

MuZemike could you please help me with this? --DanielLZIraldo (talk) 12:48, 18 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
DanielLZIraldo, a quick internet search leads me to a few sources ([1], [2], [3], [4] -- would any of these make good references to add to this article?) that, if I'm reading them correctly, imply that (a) is the intended reading -- the Remote Astronomical Society (RAS) has an observatory -- the RAS Observatory, also called "RASO, Mayhill, New Mexico".
Are RAS and iTelescope synonyms for the same organization, or are they two different organizations that somehow share the same facility? --DavidCary (talk) 16:01, 9 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I believe the official name is the New Mexico Skies Observatory, Mayhill and their website is: http://nmskies.com/newmexicosite.html Skyerise (talk) 18:57, 13 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
