[edit]The dictionary of contemporary geographical names (on Russian language) writes that the word Putorana originates in Lake Putorana (now the Artificial Lake Khantaiskoye) and that this lake is also called Kutorana on Evenk language [1]. I would suggest to rename this article to Putorana Mountains (or Putorana Plateau (or something similar), as plato does not directly indicate a mountain. --Hardscarf (talk) 22:04, 12 March 2008 (UTC)
