Name of Article

I do not want the Japanese name for the article. We speak English here, save that for the Japanese article. Plus the logo of the game has an English name underneath it. Out-of-Japan dates?

Okay, I would like to know who added those dates? First, there were US and Singapore dates, then the US date was removed and the Singapore date was edited. Out-of-Japan Release Dates Response

The reason I added those release dates is because, first of all nobody knows when the movie will be released in North America, so I changed "2011" to "TBA." Considering the Pokemon movies are directly related to the show and not the games, I don't think they'd be considered "video game movies", so to speak. I do agree that it could be reworded to avoid some confusion, though. Bobtheadventurer (talk) 21:47, 19 March 2010 (UTC)

Plot

The plot section is incomplete. I've watched the movie myself and I know the film doesn't end there. Could somebody please finish it? Artwork

The article currently uses a Singaporean theatrical release poster in the infobox. This image works decently, but I suspect it might be a better idea to have the cover from either the European or the American release; it would better match the games (which all use the American boxart) for internal consistency, it would probably represent the product better for the majority of people, and (though subjective) I believe they both look a bit nicer. WHO voices WHO?

I wish to know which actors play which characters in the US and UK versions. I mean I know in the UK version that Layton and Luke are traditionally voiced by Christopher Miller and Maria Darling respectively, but who else does who's voices? (I already figured Descole was voiced by Johnathan Keeble in the UK version as I easily recognised it from Muddle Earth [he voiced Dr. Cuddles in that]). If anyone has definite information on who voices who, tell me (I especially would like to know who did Amelia's voice in the UK version, I only guessed it was Claire Morgan but it's not too solid with me.)

Well, like I said, I only guessed that Amelia was voiced by Claire Morgan (who did Flora's line "Professor!" in her brief appearance in the opening, which I believe was set between the events of Curious Village and Pandora's Box as the film's story is a flashback, int it?), but other than that I may also have guessed that Stuart Organ voiced GroskyVisokor (talk) 20:05, 15 November 2011 (UTC)

The article says your guesses are correct, yes. Having not yet seen the film, I don't know when the opening takes place, or even if the film makes it clear. It takes place at some point in the original trilogy, but I can't say when. Reach Out to the Truth 21:23, 15 November 2011 (UTC)
