Prespa agreement → Prespa Agreement – Proper names including names of international agreements normally have initial caps so "Agreement" or "Treaty" are capitalized as well: look at other Wikipedia articles on agreements, which may contain short, informal names. In addition, search engine results show mostly "[the] Prespa Agreement" (with a capital 'A'), and "[the] Prespa agreement" is more rare. - Support. Both versions are in use, but my GNews and GScholar searches indicate that sources are capitalizing by a healthy enough margin to meet the MOS:CAPS threshold. Extraordinary Writ (talk) 05:54, 19 October 2022 (UTC)
