Fictional Villain?

Could someone explain me the difference between a fictional villain and just plain villain. As far as I know all villains are fictional.

Ozzie's role in EfMI

Removed the implication that Ozzie and LeChuck have been working for "that" long. Yes, in EfMI Herman says that Ozzie pushed him in the whirlpool while in CMI LeChuck takes the credit for this. This is not an implication of the two working together, just a plot-contradiction, remember that EfMI is full of them. As far as I know LeChuck became partners with Ozzie after he dug him out from under the ice where Guybrush trapped him which would have happened between CMI and EfMI.
