Oh! No

[edit]

It's worth pointing out that the "Oh!" in the Oxygen logo has been dropped; probably a result of the NBC Universal acquisition. --M.Neko (talk) 05:47, 7 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

General Electric[kle] seems to continually purchase anything within reach.

Is there any information about the magazine?? The only wiki article where I can locate oxygenmag, is Julie_Lohre, &, I would like to learn about Stacy Kennedy.

Thank You,

Format similar to Lifetime

[edit]

Is this appropriate for the lead sentence? Who are we to know that anyone reading this knows what Lifetime is? Tamajared (talk) 15:18, 21 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Requested move 20 February 2017

[edit]
The following is a closed discussion of a requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. Editors desiring to contest the closing decision should consider a move review. No further edits should be made to this section.

The result of the move request was: As far as I know, no change in name is coming, and we can't move a page that doesn't have anywhere to go. If they do, we'll move it, at the time of the channel's rebranding. Nate (chatter) 04:28, 20 February 2017 (UTC) (non-admin closure)[reply]

Oxygen (TV channel) → ? – Oxygen will be rebranded as a true crime channel soon as NBCUniversal has announced that it will change this channel's name. 162.211.126.244 (talk) 03:51, 20 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Sound....LACK OF

[edit]

No sound except a loud, disgusting hum. Sick & tired of not being able to watch shows that I pay for! 98.19.81.177 (talk) 03:39, 27 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Oxygen (TV channel)Oxygen True Crime – New common name; used on-air Mvcg66b3r (talk) 03:00, 23 May 2024 (UTC) This is a contested technical request (permalink). Mvcg66b3r (talk) 11:09, 23 May 2024 (UTC) — Relisting. BilledMammal (talk) 13:20, 30 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

  • Weak oppose: Use on air does not imply WP:COMMONNAME (i.e., in independent sources), and you haven't shown any other evidence of for common name. None of the references in the article use "Oxygen True Crime" in their headlines, but rather "Oxygen". In searching news results on Google with oxygen tv -oxygen.com I see a lot more headlines with "Oxygen" rather than "Oxygen True Crime". The current title fairly includes the current and former name, whereas the proposed title does not reflect the channel's history until 2017. Because of that, it seems to me more precise (in identifying the scope of the article) and recognizable (taking into account people who have not kept abreast of the channel since its rebranding and refocus in programming). I think that is sufficient reason to keep the parenthetical despite WP:NATDIS. SilverLocust 💬 19:16, 23 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
  • Leaning Support per nom. I have seen the name used frequently since it has been referred to as "Oxygen True Crime" in press releases as well. JE98 (talk) 07:57, 27 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose: You haven't provided any citational evidence to prove your common name case here.--GalaxyFighter55 (talk) 08:12, 28 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
