The result of the move request was: MOVED. This has now been dealt with as an uncontroversial technical move, so I am closing this request. Cordless Larry (talk) 08:59, 3 May 2015 (UTC) (non-admin closure) Cordless Larry (talk) 08:59, 3 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Michał Kwiatkowski (cyclist)Michał Kwiatkowski – The current page for Michał Kwiatkowski is a redirect to Michal Kwiatkowski (and this should be amended since the correct Polish name is "Michał"), which is a disambiguation page for both the cyclist and a singer, Michal (singer). The singer was on a couple of reality singing shows more than a decade ago, and last had a hit single with a #5 in the Belgian charts in 2004. By contrast, the cyclist Michał Kwiatkowski is the current world champion of road cycling, and one of the elite sportsmen and biggest names in his field. Therefore this article should be moved to the current redirect page, Michał Kwiatkowski, Michal Kwiatkowski should be re-purposed as a redirect page to that page, and there should be a "did you mean" line at the top of the cyclist's page to point people in the direction of the singer. Agree. To clarify the above:
  1. Michał Kwiatkowski should be the article about the cyclist, with {{about|the cyclist Michał Kwiatkowski|the singer|Michal (singer)}} at the top
  2. Michal Kwiatkowski should redirect to (1)
  3. Michał Kwiatkowski (cyclist) should redirect to (1)
  4. Michal (singer) should remain where it is

Agree with the rationale above XyZAn (talk) 17:25, 18 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I have requested the current Michał Kwiatkowski be deleted to make way for the move, since this is clearly an uncontroversial technical move.JamKaftan (talk) 17:10, 1 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
