This is what I found on wikipedia about this: http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Wikipedia:Copyrights#Using_copyrighted_work_from_others
Specifically, "copyright law governs the creative expression of ideas, not the ideas or information themselves. Therefore, it is legal to read an encyclopedia article or other work, reformulate the concepts in your own words, and submit it to Wikipedia. However, it would still be unethical (but not illegal) to do so without citing the original as a reference."
Clearly, that hasn't been done here. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Lucy1981 (talk • contribs) 07:51, 8 February 2007 (UTC).

Unanimous support for this move. There are multiple opinions for what should be done with the base name, however. As a closing action, I will list the three people named Maria Taylor; further discussion can determine if persons named Marie Taylor should also be on that DAB or if it should be merged to the DAB at Mary Taylor. If you have thoughts, please comment at Talk:Maria Taylor. User:力 (power~enwiki, π, ν) 01:13, 2 August 2021 (UTC) User:力 (power~enwiki, π, ν) 01:13, 2 August 2021 (UTC)
Maria Taylor → Maria Taylor (musician) – Based on page views compared to Maria Taylor (analyst), the musician is not the WP:PRIMARYTOPIC. Some might even argue the analyst is the PT, but I'll be conservative at this point in her career and say WP:NOPRIMARYTOPIC. —Bagumba (talk) 09:55, 22 July 2021 (UTC)
- Oppose. I would support making the other Maria Taylor the primary topic, but a two-person dab page at the base name is unnecessary. Just pick one or the other and use a hate note. -- Calidum 13:49, 22 July 2021 (UTC)
- @Calidum: There would be a third dab entry: Maria Jane Taylor. (As an aside, two-entry dabs are fine per the guideline WP:TWODABS, while forcing a primary topic is in more in line with the essay WP:2DABPRIMARY.)—Bagumba (talk) 15:07, 22 July 2021 (UTC)
- A three-person dab isn't much better than a two-person one. And the page views clearly indicate the other Maria Taylor is the primary topic here and has been for some time. To eliminate the recent spike in page views the broadcaster got earlier this month, I looked back at a random three-month period in 2019 [1]. Even then, she was getting more than 1,800 views per day compared to less than 50 for the singer, despite the singer being at the base name. -- Calidum 15:29, 22 July 2021 (UTC)
- Calidum,: OK, you could also explicitly !vote here to make the analyst the PT. It's preferable to having to start a new RM to cover that option if it's clear that the musician shouldn't remain the PT. Cheers.—Bagumba (talk) 15:39, 22 July 2021 (UTC)
- Sorry, if I wasn't clear above, but I would support moving Maria Taylor (analyst) to the base name. -- Calidum 16:42, 22 July 2021 (UTC)

- Note Notification of this discussion has been left at Maria Taylor (analyst) regarding the possibility of it being made the primary topic.—Bagumba (talk) 16:24, 22 July 2021 (UTC)

- Comment As nominator, I am fine if either the base name becomes a dab page or if the analyst is made the PT.—Bagumba (talk) 17:00, 22 July 2021 (UTC)
- Support per nomination and likewise support creation of the Maria Taylor/Marie Taylor disambiguation page that would list Maria Jane Taylor, Marie Woolfolk Taylor, Marie Taylor, Maria Taylor (musician) as well as Maria Taylor (analyst). Alternatively, I would also support listing all of these names under the all-inclusive Mary Taylor disambiguation page, with Maria Taylor and Marie Taylor redirecting to it. —Roman Spinner (talk • contribs) 19:57, 22 July 2021 (UTC)
- I wouldn't combine with Mary Taylor. It's less likely "Mary" would be confused with "Maria", and the people specifically looking for "Maria" would be burdened with wading through the many "Mary" entries. A "see also" from each dab is sufficient.—Bagumba (talk) 10:34, 23 July 2021 (UTC)
- Support and create DAB at base name.--Ortizesp (talk) 16:48, 28 July 2021 (UTC)
- Strong support 267,752 views for the analyst v only 8,699 for this one. Crouch, Swale (talk) 17:44, 28 July 2021 (UTC)
- Support and create DAB at base name.--Dystopos (talk) 19:47, 29 July 2021 (UTC)
