In 1988 Tom Baker was not there. He was scheduled I think, but was not there. I on the other had was :) I do not have any documentation on this beyond my own memory.
This event had a lot of other guests, it had several tracks, and was one of the first conventions to have this.
in 1987 Kevin Eastman was there, as was Darius rucker later of Hootie and the blow fish. He was a comic illustrator for AC comics back then.
