Just leave it be!
[edit]I'm pretty sure it was moved just because the person wanted credit for creating the page, when I made it in the first place! Just leave it as it is. --SilvaStorm
- Yes, it was moved because a page for this game was created way back in June.[1] Then you created a duplicate, and I merged it back to the orginal. Then another person decided to create a second duplicate. I don't really care where the page is, just that there's one copy. When more information about the game comes out, and it gets an official title, we can move it to the correct name at that point. --SevereTireDamage 11:45, 17 August 2006 (UTC)

Is this true??? How the hell would that work???
I think this article is highly speculative and in order to improve quality should be removed until there is more information available as it is really only a placeholder at the moment
The second paragraph
[edit]The second paragraph about Far Cry is incredibly unrelated, espeically since "It is expected that..." doesn't mean that it will be. I've removed that paragraph
due to how unrelated and speculatory it is.
neutrality
[edit]this article seems to be heavily biased against the Xbox 360 and Microsoft..."Its definetly out on ps3 and pc but speaks are going on whether to make a simplified version for the xbox 360 as the full game only fits on a blu-ray disc(it wouldnt even fit on to dvd-roms)." it definitely needs to be changed, so its more neutral.
just deleted a stupid link which lead to some stupid-foolish-getting-refs-game...
link to stupid thing
[edit]Yes, the link should be removed because it is completely unrelated and a waste of time. But how do you remove it when it doesn't appear when you're editing the page??? Stop vandalism on this page.
[edit]I know this game is awesome but stop vandalizing the page. I just deleted THIS GAME WILL BE AWESOME! —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 69.227.164.97 (talk) 05:59, 30 December 2006 (UTC).
I just deleted "RIDICULOUSLY AWESOME!". Wiki is for information, not advertising, I think. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.69.69.190 (talk) 10:05, 28 February 2008 (UTC)
...Question... What exactly is 'Ridiculously' advertising? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.191.171.208 (talk) 05:35, 14 March 2008 (UTC)
Move
[edit]This page should be moved to Lost (video game) as "Lost" is the name of the video game and not "Lost: The Video Game." It even says so in the article. --theDemonHog 00:23, 7 January 2007 (UTC)
- Every image I have seen, including the official website for the game shows the title as Lost: The Video Game--Marcbjr2 (talk) 17:30, 10 January 2008 (UTC)
Mobile Phone Variant
[edit]I don't even think a mobile phone variant exists. The section is poorly written and isn't sourced. I did a search for a Lost Java Phone Game and came up with no results, besides this article. Section will be deleted for not having a source and for being extremely poorly written. The Ðark Crusader 21:39, 13 March 2007 (UTC)
- Saw a television commercial for the mobile phone game recently, so I'm pretty certain it exists. There is more information at [2] if anyone cares to add some info to the article. I'm loath to step on anyone's toes, so I shall leave it to more experienced hands.Dr Faustus AU 12:57, 23 March 2007 (UTC)
Yeah there is a mobile phone version, made by Gameloft, official site is here: http://www.gameloft.com/product.php?product=185&product_name=&clid=80

Release Date
[edit]Any sources for that UK release date? If not, I'm changing it to 'TBA'. 80.47.225.219 20:19, 17 May 2007 (UTC)
Where are the sources for the release date? The only place I saw those dates were on Amazon for the UK and US. According to dicussions in other articles, Amazon is not a reliable source and needs to be put back to TBA. According to the Ubisoft website, the game should have been out already. http://www.ubi.com/US/Games/Info.aspx?pId=6083--Marcbjr2 (talk) 20:28, 7 January 2008 (UTC)
Engine
[edit]There doesn't appear to be any details regarding what engine it uses, but from looking at the trailer, I bet it uses a modified CryEngine 1. Any other guesses? NRG753 03:48, 27 July 2007 (UTC)
- I heard somewhere it's an original engine. --Nitchell 09:00, 18 August 2007 (UTC)
Hidden Message
[edit]There is a hidden message in the trailer at around :52. I can't seem to figure out what it says yet but I will try. If anyone could help me out with this I would greatly appreciate it.
UPDATE: I have found out what the message is and have updated accordingly.69.250.71.229 06:30, 3 August 2007 (UTC)
Name and move
[edit]So what happened with the name change and/or move? Why is back at Lost: The Video Game? Nshady16 06:58, 31 October 2007 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:Lost iPod game.jpg
[edit]Image:Lost iPod game.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Is a voice cast available?
[edit]Thus far, we have a list of actors reprising their roles, and from the most recent trailer, I'm pretty sure Steven Jay Blum voices Jack. Is there a list of the cast available for sourcing? The S (talk) 07:32, 3 February 2008 (UTC)
Game doesn't work...
[edit]Read it and weap...PC version won't work for me, OR my friends...SLJCOAAATR 1 (talk) 21:42, 28 February 2008 (UTC)
- You'll need a pretty high spec computer to run it smoothly.--Baker1000 (talk) 20:04, 29 February 2008 (UTC)
I do. My current laptop, latest, and greatest money can buy. —Preceding unsigned comment added by SLJCOAAATR 1 (talk • contribs) 22:14, 29 February 2008 (UTC)
- 'Weep' has two e's.
- Anyway; so what? You and your friends have less-than-requirement computers. The game works fine. I got through the whole game with no lock-ups either, which is a feat to me.
- My computer is last year's decent and it runs the game with the lowest settings. (For me, High settings results in 'Bee Mode', where all the characters and scenery are painted yellow and black, and most scenery objects are invisible.)
- Try low settings, turn off texture mapping. ~~ —Preceding unsigned comment added by 205.211.156.10 (talk) 05:49, 1 March 2008 (UTC)
I've tried everything. All i get is black backrund, and a BARLEY visible shiloutte of my guy.Menu, and cut-scenes look great though. Aw well. I'll have my grandpa take a look at it next time i head up to my PA house.SLJCOAAATR 1 (talk) 16:03, 1 March 2008 (UTC)
On my laptop, all i can see is red. On my pc at home (on which i can play call of duty 4!!) , i'm not able to play this game. The game crashes when i met Kate, and when i have to take that picture. The makers of this game are sooo retarded. 10:40, 7 March 2008
Nobody i know can get the PC version to work...Should it be noted? I still can't get it to work...I should bring my PS3 down to my trailer, and get the PS3 version, or try to hunt down my old friend Adam. He could probably help.SLJCOAAATR 1 (talk) 03:50, 8 March 2008 (UTC)
Still won't work. I've had it with Best Buy, they're getting REAL GOOD this time!SLJCOAAATR 1 (talk) 03:03, 25 March 2008 (UTC)

Plot Summary
[edit]Are you allowed to put plot summaries on Wikipedia for video games? The plot is pretty good; Plane-crash victim suffers from amnesia-like state, and tries to recall his past as well as his reasons for being on the doomed flight. With the help of several Lost characters and his own trusty Nixon, he manages to piece together his wiped memories and finds himself in the process. ~~ —Preceding unsigned comment added by 205.211.156.10 (talk) 07:04, 1 March 2008 (UTC)
Hmmm...Sounds like the main guy is the new Shadow the Hedgehog! LOLSLJCOAAATR 1 (talk) 16:04, 1 March 2008 (UTC)
I think the Elliot character is a bit like the whole nikki/paolo thing, except it was done right. The creators placed a new character, whom is a survivor like nikki and paolo, in at the beginning of the show, not during the 3rd season of the game. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.191.171.208 (talk) 05:39, 14 March 2008 (UTC)

Cover gallery?
[edit]What's the point of this? I suggest removing it. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.50.208.11 (talk) 13:37, 7 March 2008 (UTC)
- Agreed. I went ahead and remvoed it. Tabor (talk) 21:12, 7 March 2008 (UTC)
Title
[edit]Not sure if this should be posted on the page or not, but hasn't anyone noticed that the game title does not translate as "the way home"? It should be "domum" and not "domus" as domus is the wrong case. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 92.226.138.48 (talk) 16:29, 30 March 2008 (UTC)
It is how the game is titled, so it will be how the article is titled. Tabor (talk) 20:08, 19 April 2008 (UTC)
The fact that the title is in incorrect Latin (it should indeed be Via Domum (locative of domus being domum) is mentioned in the article. Gigano (talk) 13:10, 10 July 2008 (UTC)
Ending
[edit]I've read that the ending for this game is considered the worst in history, and did get to see it, but didn't understand. Will somebody please explain it and why is it so bad. Thank you--Surten (talk) 21:42, 21 April 2008 (UTC)Surten
