Talk:Lords of the Realm II
Lords of the Realm II: Siege Pack now redirects here. It seems unnecessary for the expansion to have it's own page. A discussion of what the SP added could just be put in a section on this page. Shador5529 14:51, 23 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit]happiness occuring twice
[edit]There are two sectors in this article that deal with the happiness issue, once inside the population topic and once again as it's own topic. Both of them are pretty much the same, so I think one of them can be deleted.
Amiga Version
[edit]I have been unable to verify the existence of an Amiga version. I believe the section "Amiga version" is confusing the PC version of Lords of the Realm II with the Amiga version of the original Lords of the Realm (the first one).
Can anyone confirm this?
EDIT:
I have made some further research and I can pretty much confirm that there is no Amiga version of Lords of the Realm II. Also, I'm almost positive that the "Amiga version" section is confusing the original Lords of the Realm with the second one. I'll remove the section. Incognito2000 (talk) 04:39, 3 May 2009 (UTC)
- I can assure you that the "Amiga version" section is definitely not "confusing the original Lords of the Realm with the second one". I own both games, including the LOTR II Siege Pack for PC, and, although I didn't explicitly say so in the article (since it would violate NPOV) the Amiga version is streets ahead of the PC LOTR II game in almost every aspect. In fact, after playing the Amiga version for a long time, the PC version was a huge letdown when I finally got hold of it.
- I still have both games although I can't confirm whether the Amiga version is LOTR or LOTR II since my Amiga is currently in pieces in my bedroom due to a custom recasing I never got around to completing. Either way though, it's still way better than the PC version :) Gatoclass (talk) 05:02, 3 May 2009 (UTC)
Compatability
[edit]Suggestion for an added section. Compatability with Windows operating systems. Of course it works on Win 95, and it also worked on Win98 (all versions), dont know about 2000. Unless you donwloaded certain hacked files, most people couldnt get LOTRII to work on XP or Vista (even under Win 95/98 compatablity modes). LOTRII does indeed work on Win7 installed directly from the game's cd with no modification. I know much of this would need citations, but I think it would be a nice touch. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 216.99.65.63 (talk) 21:30, 2 December 2009 (UTC)
Diplomacy
[edit]I'm not sure I understand what's going on with the Diplomacy section, under Gameplay. It appears part of it repeats, but I don't want to butcher the section if I'm wrong. Ihavenomouth (talk) 12:53, 14 January 2010 (UTC)
