DO NOT LIST EVERY SINGLE CHARACTER IN THE ENTIRE GAME IN THIS ARTICLE. Only major characters should be listed. See WP:INDISCRIMINATE, WP:GAMECRUFT, etc. Trivial information like the name of a character who sits on a sandbag smoking a cigarette in one scene is far outside the scope of Wikipedia. Try Wikia instead.
If a character does not play a major role in the story, he or she should not be listed. Character descriptions shouldn't include in-depth descriptions of all of the things that can randomly happen to that character. Characters from other Modern Warfare games should not be listed.
