Flecking Awards?
An IP address contributor tried adding a nomination for the 2011 Flecking Awards. I am not familiar with the award, and I could not find a reliable source confirming the nomination, so I reverted the edits. Feel free to re-add with appropriate source or discuss here. --Another Believer (Talk) 21:15, 30 March 2011 (UTC)

Soul and Jazz Awards
I removed the Soul and Jazz Awards section since no source or detail about the award was included. I was unable to find a reliable source verifying that Adele had been nominated for or received awards with this title. --Another Believer (Talk) 15:21, 13 September 2011 (UTC)

Thanks! Once the list is good to go, it should be ready for FL status (once again). --Another Believer (Talk) 16:39, 16 February 2012 (UTC)
Jusus Media Award?
I reverted this edit because no reliable source was included. I am unable to find a reliable source confirming Jusus awards or nominations at this time. Please add the information back to the list once reliable source confirms. --Another Believer (Talk) 15:48, 21 June 2012 (UTC)
2013 award nominations and winnings
Someone should add the nomination for "Top Billboard 200 Artist". In other words Adele scored five nominations, not four. --21 (talk) 20:21, 24 April 2013 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 79.129.176.15 (talk)

With a bit of work, this list could be promoted to Featured List status. I propose amending the table format to include a separate column for references, similar to List of awards and nominations received by Scissor Sisters and other awards lists with FL status. Also, each section should be checked for accuracy and completeness. Assistance is much appreciated. --Another Believer (Talk) 15:12, 25 March 2013 (UTC)

Strike or add the "Done" template to the name of an award once details have been verified. --Another Believer (Talk) 15:17, 25 March 2013 (UTC)
- Hopefully the references should all check out - I made another sweep of them earlier today to fix any redirects. I agree with adding a references column to the tables. When I first started work on this list a month ago ([2]), some of the tables had these columns and some didn't. Re-adding this column would mean removing the {{Awards table}} template, which wouldn't be much of a big deal, and we should be able to cut-and-paste the references already at the end of the section's blurb. ★ Bald Zebra ★ talk 15:31, 25 March 2013 (UTC)
- Right. When checking off award sections, please make sure the section contains an appropriate (and referenced) description, correct table formatting, working references that verify the information displayed in the table, and that the number of nominations and awards matches the infobox at the top of the list. Looking forward to this collaboration. --Another Believer (Talk) 16:55, 25 March 2013 (UTC)
- Update: I finished adding the (empty) ref column to all of the tables, which makes the list much more consistent in appearance throughout. --Another Believer (Talk) 23:27, 25 March 2013 (UTC)
- Update: Some of the aforementioned awards have already been verified. Citations including relevant links have been added. Is it ok to rule out the awards just as you did with the first two of the list? -- [User:Daydreamer21] [User talk:Daydreamer21|Talk]] 16:55, 17 August 2013 (UTC)

Most Excellent Order of the British Empire
I think we can move "For services to Music" from the award column to the prose, yes? The current format seems inconsistent with other tables. ---Another Believer (Talk) 21:25, 5 July 2015 (UTC)

Billboard Year-End Charts Awards
Billboard Year-End Charts (the actual name, Billboard Year-End Charts) are not an awards themselves cause there's no nominations and ceremonies too and no clues that they're AWARDS, they're just data sheet in the end of the year not more.
so i suggest to remove them or at least move them to new section other than awards,,, --hosam007 (talk) 15:38, 3 April 2013 (UTC)

Update reminder
Not done
Hopping onto a plane, so can't fix at the moment, but this diff shows edits made to the article during November 2015. Looks like a couple updates need to be made to the total count, infobox, and possibly lead. We should keep a close eye on this list in the near future given the massive commercial success of 25. ---Another Believer (Talk) 19:17, 1 December 2015 (UTC)
In the Drop down list of awards Independent Music Awards are listed with 2 wins & 1 Nom...but this is not listed on the main page, I can only find a list for this on a Wikia page, It was on the main page here but was removed around April/Feb 2012..was this a FAKE award? if so it needs to be removed from the drop down list aswell as the main page. xx awards from xx nominations
An editor recently added that an encyclopedia needs to be worded in a manner that it does not need to be maintained or updated much, therefore deeming "has received xx awards from xx nominations" unnecessary. I can't help but agree with them. As an editor on several lists of this kind, it has always been an uphill task to update and count awards. I didn't look much at it after its promotion to WP:FL. And given the number of awards she wins, it will always need an editor maintain it, which is really difficult. I don't think said lines are quite necessary and would like it to be removed, unless other editors disagree with me. Cheers. ツ FrB.TG (talk) 16:22, 8 April 2016 (UTC)
Dont think an UnNamed editor is going to win on this... are we ment to go back to counting with our fingers on the screen with a large award list e.g. Grammys? Pauseypaul (talk) 15:29, 24 May 2016 (UTC)
Lead
The lead of an awards list is supposed to summarize the most notable awards. It's not about discussing the charts position. FrB.TG (talk) 08:42, 27 May 2016 (UTC)
This wikipedia User appears to be looking for Personal Gain ! By asking For Ticks & Awards for updating wikipedia pages! FrB.TG has repeatedly been rude and unpleasant to wikipedia Users that refuse to give Ticks & Awards for updating wikipedia pages! Please Watch (HE) then deletes your posts Thanks Pauseypaul (talk) 12:26, 27 May 2016 (UTC)
Nothing in the new lead bit about charts position .. also stop adding Fake Awards to Adele's page & deleting real one's!. Not sure why you are comparing Adele's awards with Taylor Swifts as (TS) has 107 Wins & 114 Noms (approx) as a Country Artist out of her many fragrant awards she has one for her Cat!....Trying to keep Adele's award page about Adele not sure why you wish too compare it with the Swift Here. But hay just wondering are you now going to Delete all of (TSs) Spanish awards or is that a Removal Unwarranted?Pauseypaul (talk) 09:48, 27 May 2016 (UTC)
- I am comparing Adele's "awards page" to Taylor Swift's "awards page", not the artists to each others. The paragraph you have added discusses how she was not eligible for the 2016 Grammy, which is unnecessary and no one cares about. It completely goes against WP:LEAD, which states: "a lead section should contain no more than four well-composed paragraphs". It is a featured list, which means its lead needs to be well-written and not bombarded with claims like "25 and Adele have blasted new life into the music industry", "Don’t forget her Two" ...
- Just to be clear, I have not added any "fake" awards, in fact I have not added anything at all. I deleted awards that were not notable. FrB.TG (talk) 14:31, 27 May 2016 (UTC)
- Note: I have updated the lead with the notable awards she received in 2016. Hope now you can stop edit-warring. FrB.TG (talk) 14:40, 27 May 2016 (UTC)
Small introduction of 25's award achievements
I suggest someone should write down a small paragraph at the beginning of this thread, in a similar way it was written for 19 and 21 as well, presenting the awards that 25 and its respective singles has won so far (4 Brits, 2 Juno Awards for "Hello" and "25", 1 ECHO Music Award for "Hello"). Daydreamer21 (talk) 01:52, 4 May 2016 (UTC)
Its not that small but I had a Bash hope you like it,,, if not Edit “Hello”.Pauseypaul (talk) 00:51, 25 May 2016 (UTC)Pauseypaul (talk) 09:51, 27 May 2016 (UTC)
- For the time being, i think it's pretty good. There are some awards for 25 that could be mentioned in the paragraph you wrote (e.g. the Canadian Juno Awards which is the Grammys equivalent). In order the section for 25's award achievements to be more distinct you can separate it to a new paragraph. Furthermore, I think we should wait for the award summer season to end because new awards will be included. Nice job so far. Lets keep up the good work. Daydreamer21 (talk) 18:02, 02 June 2016 (UTC)
Ommitted awards
Shouldn't we re-include in the list, the Diamond Award Adele received for 21's sales in USA on 21st June of 2013? I think we can include it as an award type achievement, because Adele received a trophy for it instead of a multi-platinum disc honor that is usually given to the artists when they surpass the respective tresholds. And RIAA organized a private "ceremony" for handling this award to Adele. See the links: http://www.gettyimages.com/detail/news-photo/on-friday-june-21-in-new-york-adele-was-presented-with-a-news-photo/171548037 http://clizbeats.com/adele-earns-riaa-diamond-award-for-%E2%80%9C21%E2%80%9D11281203/ Daydreamer21 (talk) 18:02, 02 June 2016 (UTC)
Someone deleted from the page, possibly a member from Wikipedia, the nominations Adele received for Premios Juventud in 2013 and 2016 as well. Please refrain from deleting awards that are cited with credible sources. Otherwise the editing process of the respective page will be very difficult and full of discrepancies. ASCAP Pop Music Awards
Once more, i would like to ask you to refrain yourselves from deleting awards that are cited with credible sources. It is absolutely annoying to add the same award in this page and find the next day it is deleted and the same process is repeated over and over again. This practice renders the editing process extremely useless for editors (volunteers) like us. As you can see for yourselves the Rules and Regulations for ASCAP Pop Music Awards (http://www.ascap.com/~/media/files/pdf/about/legal/awards-scholarships-rules/pop-music-awards-official-rules.pdf) clearly states that "The Awards for the Most Performed Songs recognize ASCAP’s top fifty ranked Eligible Songs (“Most Performed Songs”) based solely upon U.S. radio airplay [...]". Adele has been awarded on three different award ceremonies, two for the same song ("Someone Like You") and one for "Hello". Are there any specific criterias and reasons that this award category has been disqualified from this page? Thanks! Hi I hope this will be of Help…. If you click on (View History) at the top of the page , you should see a small description for each edit.. For the three ASCAP awards (1) As already stated Adele did not win this, it was American Co-writers who won the award (2) Sorry Adele has not won any ASCAP's these were won by American Co-Writers Greg Kurstin & Dan Wilson (3) she's from BMI not ASCAP, not in their list of winners
I do hope this is of some help & I like many others try to keep this page Clean… but if she has not won the Award it should not be on her page. Pauseypaul (talk) 15:28, 14 October 2016 (UTC)
THIS IS A GREAT link for future Editors http://www.ascap.com/playback/2015/12/action/ascap-songwriters-propel-adeles-25-to-records.aspx as you can see she is not a member of ASCAP Pauseypaul (talk) 15:39, 14 October 2016 (UTC)
