This article is written in New Zealand English, which has its own spelling conventions (colour, realise, analyse, centre, fiord) and some terms that are used in it may be different or absent from other varieties of English. According to the relevant style guide, this should not be changed without broad consensus.

Okataina caldera

Okataina caldera redirects to this article, but I'm not sure that's appropriate. This article is only for a lake in the region, while the Okataina caldera covers a wider area including all of Mount Tarawera. A proper article for the caldera needs to be written using reliable sources, but I'm not sure of the best place to start. Sorted by others initially as certainly not appropriate - little bit like having Yellowstone volcano redirect to Yellowstone Lake. Hopefully have helped made both articles more shipshape over time. ChaseKiwi (talk) 22:34, 27 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
