[edit]Life of Agony is metal, not hardcore.
No, do not agree. Members have a clear hardcore background. Also LOA made quite a development over time. I wouldn't try to label it to narrowly. To me it's just groovy, heavy rock with a lot of passion.... — Preceding unsigned comment added by 57.66.176.20 (talk) 14:13, 14 July 2011 (UTC)
album availability / Perfect Little Monsters
[edit]Hi! Does anyone know why the 2006 album is not available in stores? Political reasons? I can't find the album "Perfect Little Monsters" neither on his website nor in online stores - how come? Is it an official release? Cheers, --84.161.216.151 19:06, 24 September 2007 (UTC)

Personal life
[edit]Keith seems to have quite an interesting personal life. He seems to go through a process of change for some years now. Apparently he has picked up the female name Mina as his second name recently. Would love to see some more information about that (if it's more than rumours, obviously...) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 57.66.176.20 (talk) 14:18, 14 July 2011 (UTC)
Sex change
[edit]his operation apparently isn't important? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 216.214.250.194 (talk) 17:50, 14 July 2011 (UTC)

Pronouns
[edit]Keith Caputo has made it clear that she identifies as a woman and uses female pronouns. Referring to her with male pronouns is inaccurate, in violation of the Associated Press Stylebook guidelines for covering transgender people, and really disrespectful to both her and other trans people. The pronouns were fixed but someone reverted them back and the page was semi-protected. Wikipedia is particularly concerned that articles on living people be fair and accurate, and referring to Keith Caputo with male pronouns is both unfair and inaccurate. Yeah, but this is wikipedia, the edit nerds like to strip people's gender identity from them and engage in edit wars, even refusing to change articles after legal name changes - See the gong show that is going on with Lana Wachowski. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 50.98.7.108 (talk) 02:23, 9 May 2012 (UTC)
- Maybe everyone should just get a number and we should just stop using names altogether.. Jimw338 (talk) 03:01, 26 October 2019 (UTC)
Wikipedia Manual of Style entry on Gender and Pronouns
[edit]According to the official Wikipedia Manual of Style, "Any person whose gender might be questioned should be referred to using the gendered nouns, pronouns, and possessive adjectives that reflect that person's latest expressed gender self-identification. This applies when referring to any phase of that person's life." — Preceding unsigned comment added by Cognitivegnosis (talk • contribs) 19:54, 18 July 2011 (UTC)

Mina Caputo?
[edit]A source is needed for the claim that Caputo has dropped the name Keith completely. The sources only say that Caputo has adopted Mina as the second name, so that Caputo is now known as "Keith Mina Caputo" rather than "Keith Caputo", but not "Mina Caputo" – yet. --Florian Blaschke (talk) 20:02, 28 May 2013 (UTC)
Ah, OK, I missed the Advocate ref. It should have been linked right after the name. Also, the website is now minacaputo.com – not keithcaputo.com, which is offline. --Florian Blaschke (talk) 20:10, 28 May 2013 (UTC)
Keith's detransition
[edit]Since Keith has now detransitioned, should the LGBT categories be removed? It's possible that Keith is a gay man, but still. Turtletennisfogwheat (talk) 00:04, 21 November 2024 (UTC)
I apologize for my reverts
[edit]Without delving deeper into sources as I should have, I reverted edits that were clearly done in good faith. I was going off the tags attached to the edits ("possible BLP issue or vandalism") when I should've done my due diligence. I sincerely apologize. — Rosalia ♡you matter. 13:12, 21 November 2024 (UTC)
