IDF → IDF (disambiguation) – I think "IDF" should be moved to "IDF (disambiguation)" and "IDF" should be converted into a redirect to Israel Defense Forces. This is the same as how we treat IMF and I think it makes sense to do the same here. It seems pretty clear that is what is being suggested – i.e., that when people refer to IDF they are almost certainly referring to the Israel Defense Forces. At least, that's what I think is being suggested (by the nominator, not by me). —⁠ ⁠BarrelProof (talk) 04:12, 14 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Comment I would agree that Israel Defense Forces probably is the most common use of the term right now, though it may be kind of WP:RECENTISM due to the Hamas war, and the International Diabetes Federation also seems to be a significant use.
