What is the WP:COMMONNAME for this metro line?

[edit]

I rarely hear anyone call it the "Hanghai line" in English here in Hangzhou, so it is definitely not the common name. The official signage refers to it as the "Hangzhou-Haining Intercity Rail", and some sources such as the China Daily [1]http://zhejiang.chinadaily.com.cn/jiaxing/2020-07/09/c_507982.htm refer to it as the "Hangzhou-Haining Intercity Railway". Which name should I move the article to? Félix An (talk) 09:47, 5 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

What do most people refer to it as in Hangzhou? Garuda3 (talk) 11:39, 5 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
In Chinese, it's referred to as the 杭海城际 on signage, but the English signage refers to it as the Hangzhou-Haining Intercity Rail (If you don't believe me, I can literally go tomorrow morning and take a photo of it.) I'm leaning towards this name, since that's what the signage refers to it as. Félix An (talk) 16:36, 5 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I haven't done a thorough search to check what the most common name is in English-language sources, but at first glance, "Hangzhou–Haining intercity railway" seems like a reasonable title. Compare Guangzhou–Shenzhen intercity railway. —Mx. Granger (talk · contribs) 13:24, 5 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
