the guy who wrote the book Perlman translated now has a wikipage -- http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Isaak_Illich_Rubin.

I updated the external URL for Manual For Revolutionary Leaders. The previously linked page has errors and sveral paragraphs missing (i.e. entire page 21 of original print edition). --Nobosses (talk) 17:54, 28 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
