Uhhhh...why is Cyrax classified as "African-American"? While he's definitely of either African or native-Australian descent (probably the former), I'm pretty sure he's not American - at least not anymore - being that the Lin Kuei are canonically based in China! --Duneflower, resident weirdo (talk) 04:41, 21 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Wow, good catch. I've removed the category. EVula // talk // // 04:44, 21 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Various issues

[edit]

Uncanonical endings doesn't matter, 1up.com thing is an user blog entry (and there are features on this website, but this particular reference is just a random blog - try and avoid any blog unless by notable people), also there's really no need for comas after comas ('era.".' and such, and you're doing it everywhere - please clean up).

Also check out Talk:Mortal Kombat#Various stuff by Tobias on Twitter if you're keen on continuing your (good) work on MK characters, because everybody apparently just ignored what I wrote there (and so ignored what Boon has wrote) but maybe you won't? --194.145.185.229 (talk) 10:15, 26 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Oh, nad don't use "you" - use "the player", "the opponent", or "one". --194.145.185.229 (talk) 10:26, 26 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Oh, sorry, I must have overlooked that. And I wasn't really sure whether the blog was done by someone notable or not. Kokoro20 (talk) 00:08, 31 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

File:Cyrax B.jpg Nominated for speedy Deletion

[edit]
An image used in this article, File:Cyrax B.jpg, has been nominated for speedy deletion at Wikimedia Commons for the following reason: Copyright violations
What should I do?

Don't panic; deletions can take a little longer at Commons than they do on Wikipedia. This gives you an opportunity to contest the deletion (although please review Commons guidelines before doing so). The best way to contest this form of deletion is by posting on the image talk page.

  • If the image is non-free then you may need to upload it to Wikipedia (Commons does not allow fair use)
  • If the image isn't freely licensed and there is no fair use rationale then it cannot be uploaded or used.
  • If the image has already been deleted you may want to try Commons Undeletion Request

To take part in any discussion, or to review a more detailed deletion rationale please visit the relevant image page (File:Cyrax B.jpg)

This is Bot placed notification, another user has nominated/tagged the image --CommonsNotificationBot (talk) 11:48, 17 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
