re-creation

Some users are deleting the columns for regional release dates from the big table at List of Wii games, so I am saving the information here before it is lost. Existing examples include: Chronology of PlayStation games, Chronology of PlayStation 2 games, and Chronology of GameCube games. Release date information is important to many viewers. Having it available in a sortable List/Table format is extremely useful. You can see that List of Xbox 360 games and List of PlayStation 3 games still have regional release dates on their page. Remove Publisher Section

I agree with removing the publisher to avoid issues with keeping duplicate info updated. The greyed out unreleased can be added back in with the freed up space. I'm late in the discussion, I know. But I agree with removing the publisher column. The information is available in list format elsewhere, whereas the date information is unique here. NoAlias (talk) 15:00, 25 January 2012 (UTC)

Template:Dts_vgr2 formatting dates incorrectly

can anyone help me with Template:Dts_vgr2? some of the dates are outputting as "2007-1-12" instead of "January 12, 2007" even though the wiki markup hasn't changed at all: dts vgr2|2007-1-12. if you look at http://wiki.riteme.site/w/index.php?title=Chronology_of_Wii_games&oldid=354517720 and http://wiki.riteme.site/w/index.php?title=Chronology_of_Wii_games&oldid=354522404 for WarioWare: Smooth Moves you will notice that the EU date changed even though that particular wiki markup was never edited. there are a few dozen of these irregularities in the current article. i've tried specifying the v=1 code to force default output as shown in http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Template:Dts_vgr2 but it doesn't work. the different output formatting kills the ability to sort by date correctly Gqwu (talk) 06:41, 19 June 2010 (UTC)

Error: Total length format strings #time exceeds 6000.

There is a problem with using too many date sorting templates on one page. Currently this page is displaying "Error: Total length format strings #time exceeds 6000." as the date sorting feature crashes near the middle of the page.
