GFDL History merge request

[edit]

Can I request an admin to do a GFDL history merge from the older version of this page, now a redirect to here: Ethiopia–People's Republic of China relations

Creating a similar page at a new GFDL and later redirecting, is NOT the acceptable way to effect a page move, next time please just use "page move". It is too hard to follow the history of changes now, although it is still possible for an admin to merge them, as should be done. Thank you. Til Eulenspiegel (talk) 16:16, 27 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

It's even more confusing than before, since this new GFDL got moved a couple more times after I wrote that. But the old GFDL history that was never properly merged is still there at the above redirect! Til Eulenspiegel (talk) 16:41, 18 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Yep, there seems to be a right old mess at Category:Bilateral relations of the People's Republic of China and Category:Bilateral relations of China - probably all the articles, categories and subcategories ought to be changed to just say China instead of PRC.--Kotniski (talk) 11:46, 26 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
This particular articles does mention relations information that is pre-PRC, so it would make sense to broaden the name in this case. Good Ol’factory (talk) 01:26, 29 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Any objection to China–Ethiopia relations, then?--Kotniski (talk) 10:59, 30 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Re-updated move request. —danhash (talk) 22:05, 2 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
