Birmingham City Council (Birmingham, Alabama) → Birmingham City Council (Alabama) – Putting Birmingham twice in the title is superfluous. This was done to differentiate it from the city council in England but having Alabama in the bracket is sufficient. It would be similar to Portland City Council (Maine) as Oregon has the more famous Portland. Killuminator (talk) 18:59, 5 September 2023 (UTC)
