The result of the move request was: no consensus. Perhaps try again with the suggestion by Amakuru though. Number 57 19:01, 3 April 2016 (UTC)
- 91st Street – Beverly Hills (Metra station) → Beverly Hills – 91st Street station
- 95th Street – Beverly Hills (Metra station) → Beverly Hills – 95th Street station
- 99th Street – Beverly Hills (Metra station) → Beverly Hills – 99th Street station
- 103rd Street – Beverly Hills (Metra station) → Beverly Hills – 103rd Street station
- 107th Street – Beverly Hills (Metra station) → Beverly Hills – 107th Street station
- 111th Street – Morgan Park (Metra station) → Morgan Park – 111th Street station
- 115th Street – Morgan Park (Metra station) → Morgan Park – 115th Street station
- 119th Street – Blue Island (Metra station) → 119th Street station (or Blue Island – 119th Street station in the alternative)
- 123rd Street – Blue Island (Metra station) → 123rd Street station (or Blue Island – 123rd Street station in the alternative)
– Per WP:USSTATION. For the stations in Beverly Hills and Morgan Park Metra gives the neighborhood first, then the street name. That's the natural ordering and would match articles elsewhere. Metra does not use the Blue Island qualifier for 119th Street nor 123rd Street. Appropriate redirects with hyphens would be created in all places (unless someone mounts a convincing argument that MOS:DASH doesn't actually apply here, but I think it still does). - Oppose All - especially the ones that are named for Blue Island, Illinois. Additionally, the proposed new names mislead readers into believing they're associated with Beverly Hills, California. ---------User:DanTD (talk) 12:21, 3 February 2016 (UTC)
- @DanTD: They're the official name of the station. I don't see why the proposed new titles, which conform to what Metra actually calls them, are any more misleading than the current ones. They contain the same mention of Beverly Hills as before. The lead sentence says the stations are in Chicago. To reiterate, this is what Metra calls them. Blanket opposition is a non-starter. By all means, if there's a reason to discount Metra's names then let's do something else, but I consulted the Rock Island timetable from 1971 and it gave city names first. I can see no reason for putting the city names last. Mackensen (talk) 12:34, 3 February 2016 (UTC)
- See this sign? 123rd Street also has the name Blue Island on it, and it's right on the same level as Prairie Street (Metra station), rather than just in fine print like at 119th Street. I can see you're right about Metra's official name, and if those are historic names, let's add them as such. Still opposing on the same grounds that I've been doing for all the other renamings, though. ---------User:DanTD (talk) 13:05, 3 February 2016 (UTC)
- I do see that, but I don't think it's dispositive. If you're going to make a sign like that, one that's visible from the train, you're going to emphasize the different part ("119th Street") over the part shared between stops ("Blue Island" or "Beverly Hills"). That's just a kindness to the rider looking for their stop. As to why Metra incorporates Beverly Hills and not Blue Island, I'm unsure and it feels arbitrary. If there's consensus to retain Blue Island for 119th and 123rd I won't object, so long as we follow established guidelines. Mackensen (talk) 13:14, 3 February 2016 (UTC)

- Support per WP:USSTATION. Looking around it's clear that far more sources put the town before the street: compare "Beverly Hills - 107th Street" to "107th Street - Beverly Hills", for instance. Addition "station" allows us to avoid the parentheses. The Blue Island stations should go to 119th Street station and 123rd Street station per common[1] and [2] and the fact that there are no other articles on stations of this name.--Cúchullain t/c 22:15, 8 February 2016 (UTC)
- Oppose switching of order - the street name appears to be the "main" name for each of these stations, as evidenced by the signs at stations [3] which has 91st street in big letters and Beverly Hills in somewhat smaller underneath. Google maps also just call it 91st street.[4] Yes, I can see that the Metra website uses that order, but it's confused because it also lists "103rd St., Washington Hts" and "95th St. - Longwood" meaning it has at least three different orderings and styles available. If you want to rename it to 91st Street – Beverly Hills station, however, I wouldn't object to that. — Amakuru (talk) 17:09, 10 March 2016 (UTC)
