Fair Use Dispute

[edit]

I'm not sure I understand why fair use is being disputed for this image. The notice says it violates WP:NFCC#10c.

Specifically, NFCC#10c says:

  1. (c) The name of each article in which fair use is claimed for the item, and a separate fair-use rationale for each use of the item, as explained at Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline. The rationale is presented in clear, plain language, and is relevant to each use.

The only thing I can imagine the image description page violated was that I did not name the article fair use was claimed for, since it was automatically linked at the bottom of the description page. I have since fixed this. The reason I'm guessing this was the violation is that the rationale is definitely presented in clear and plain language, and is definitely relevant to the use of the image.

Just to make sure everything's covered, I overhauled the rationale based on the rationale approved by an Admin for the Perfect Dark cover. Ubersuntzu 01:11, 2 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Reuploaded a smaller version of the image (300 pixel width) to makes sure the image was within Wiki's definition of low resolution. Ubersuntzu 01:23, 2 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
