Septimiu Căpățînă is a Romanian painter, graduate of the Bucharest Art Academy - Faculty of Decorative Arts and Design - Murat Art Section (1992) - Dean Ion Bitzan, professor Marilena Preda Sinc, member of the Union of Plastic Artists from Romania (1997).
