Governance Structure

The various bodies and committees that make up the governance structure are responsible for the strategic direction and execution of the Group's policies. Grupo BEL's governance structure includes the Board of Directors, the Advisory and Supervisory Board, the Executive Committee, the ESG Committee, the Ethics and Conduct Committee, Financial Reporting, and the Compliance Department..[1].

Sustainability

Grupo BEL is aligned with the implementation of the United Nations 2030 Agenda and its Sustainable Development Goals. In this way, it has committed to conducting its activities to achieve the targets of each SDG[2]

Environmental Responsability

Grupo BEL has joined the Lisbon Corporate Mobility Pact, committing to adopt measures to make the capital safer, more accessible, eco-friendly, and equipped with more efficient mobility systems, adhering to the fundamental principles of collaboration, commitment, transparency, and safety[3]
