Globe Teleservices Pte. Ltd. (GTS) is a Singapore-based telecommunications solutions provider, serving Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), regulators, and enterprises worldwide. Founded in February 2012, GTS has presence across Asia, Europe, North America, and Europe, employing approximately 300 people.
History
[edit]Globe Teleservices was founded in February 2012 as a provider of international voice and SMS solutions for MNOs, regulators, and enterprises. The company expanded its portfolio through key acquisitions, including UTS Global (2016) and FinBraine (2017), offering testing, robotic process automation, and financial solutions.
By 2021-2022, GTS secured strategic investments in EYWAMEDIA, a customer experiences technology company, and VSPAGY, a personalized video solution company. Additionally, GTS Techlabs was formed in 2022, for firewall and country gateway solution. Also in 2022, it started a dedicated enterprise solutions unit CERF [1].
