The 2027 Orlando mayoral election will be held on Tuesday, November 2, 2027, to elect the next mayor of Orlando, Florida. Democratic incumbent mayor Buddy Dyer announced that he will not run for a seventh term.[1]

Municipal elections in Orlando and Orange County are non-partisan. If no candidate receives a majority of the votes in the general election, runoffs are held between the two candidates that received the greatest number of votes.[2] State Representative Anna Eskamani, a Democratic Party member who represents Florida's 42nd House District, announced her bid for mayor on December 16, 2024.[3]
