[edit]I previewed and saved an article I wrote entitled Lee Robb. I put the {{AFC submission}}
at the top of the page.
I am not completely sure that it is in line for review. Please advise.

- I have fixed the formatting errors preventing the article from displaying correctly. FYI, you need <ref>....</ref>, not <ref>...<ref>--Mdann52talk to me! 14:28, 6 November 2013 (UTC)
Dear Articles for Creation/Help Desk:
I contacted the help desk earlier (on October 25) and asked about the status of my submission. I was given suggestions as to how to improve article, which I followed, doing cleanup...Later, I did an online chat with the help desk, was given more suggestions, which I also followed, doing cleanup...There was a notice on my 5 October submission that a reply might take 2-3 weeks, because of backlog...In online chat I was given estimate of a week for reply...It has now been well over a week since the chat and over a month since my submission. I am worried someone might just create article on subject without going through articles for creation - thus beating me to creation of article (and subject is due to have more exposure in reliable, published sourcess soon)...Can someone let me know if article will be published?...If I don't receive a reply soon, I am considering just creating article and publishing it myself (though I believe it's good idea to have articles reviewed)...Thank you for your help! - I have accepted the submission. --Mdann52talk to me! 14:28, 6 November 2013 (UTC)
Hi I am just inquiring as to why the page on Conor McGraynor (Gaelic Footballer) was rejected. Conor is a legitimate gaelic footballer and has played for the Wicklow team for a number of years and certainly deserves a Wiki page as he is one of the upcoming stars in our club and county — Preceding unsigned comment added by AvondaleGAA (talk • contribs) 05:19, 6 November 2013 (UTC)
- Your submission was declined as it did not cite any Reliable sources. Per Our policy on articles about real people, we do not accept articles about people without sources. You also need to satisfy WP:NSPORT, which your article doesn't appear to currently meet. --Mdann52talk to me! 14:08, 6 November 2013 (UTC)
- The page WP:NGAELIC says galic footballers must play at senior inter-county level to qualify for a wikipedia page. The section on playing history is very confusing and not clearly worded, but it appears that Conor has only played in an under-21 team? Rankersbo (talk) 14:09, 6 November 2013 (UTC)

I was wondering if this can get reviewed — Preceding unsigned comment added by 109.65.195.224 (talk) 09:11, 6 November 2013 (UTC)
- It may take a while, there's a significant backlog and you submitted your article only today. In the meantime, you'll need to improve the sourcing of your article. It needs to be based on reliable sources that are completely independent of the organisation, per Wikipedia's notability guidelines for non-profit organisations. Start looking now and add them to the article, rather than wait a couple of weeks and be disappointed. Sionk (talk) 14:55, 6 November 2013 (UTC)

Is including an external website as the source of information violating Wikipedia Copyright laws?Sylvia Matovu (talk) 18:16, 6 November 2013 (UTC)
- No, but you should not copy and paste from external websites into Wikipedia. See Wikipedia:COPYPASTE and also Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing. Arthur goes shopping (talk) 18:31, 6 November 2013 (UTC)
Hello, I am trying to write an information page about this family of tomato. I know the grower and am doing this for him. Please help me to create the article and add the list of info that I have.
