Pronunciation of "Aja"

[edit]

Thanks for the response, but my question was about why the lede of the article says the title is pronounced like "Asia" when, in the song, Fagen is clearly saying "Ay-juh". Not why he pronounces it that way. Daniel Case (talk) 19:12, 4 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Re: Baye McNeil deletion request.

[edit]

Hi,

Just to say I have nothing personal against you or Baye McNeil, although it may have seemed that way, for which I apologise.

Originally, I just wanted to improve the article, which, to me, seemed a little one-sided.

However, having learned the rules for Notability amd reliable sources, it seemed to have big problems with both, and in fact it looks like Baye doesn't meet the notability criteria, and thus I put it up for deletion.

I realize I should have informed you at the time, and I apologise that I didn't do that.

Now it's up to other editors to see if they can find some reliable sources to prove he is notable. I honestly looked, but I could not.

Peace! nagoyablue (talk) 03:01, 25 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Christopher Felver, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Museum of Fine Art. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Thank you for this info on my recent edits. Indeed, the link I added was in error. I looked at the edit in question, made another edit to a proper link and believe I have corrected the error. Once again, thanks! Minusminority (talk) 12:37, 17 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
