This single-author cleanup template was created and last edited on 25 May, and it is only used on one article. Adding {{empty section}} to each empty section works much better, and there clearly isn't a need for this template. Logan _Talk ^{Contributions} 21:02, 2 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
