The result of the discussion was Delete after replacing with {{Multi-word family name}}. Ruslik_Zero 18:58, 20 July 2011 (UTC)
Special-case of {{Multi-word family name}}, with which it can be replaced. Cybercobra (talk) 20:45, 4 July 2011 (UTC)
- I'm having a hard time figuring out why either is necessary, as I can't think of a use case where this would resolve ambiguity in a page title. Chris Cunningham (user:thumperward) - talk 08:35, 5 July 2011 (UTC)
- Comment in informs people of how to mentally sort the name? Family and given names are not clearly delineated in most articles, so actually stating it explicitly is helpful. 65.93.15.213 (talk) 04:52, 6 July 2011 (UTC)
- Support replacement with more generic version and then redirect it. 65.93.15.213 (talk) 04:53, 6 July 2011 (UTC)
- That's not the purpose of hatnote templates. It's the purpose of the article prose. Chris Cunningham (user:thumperward) - talk 08:24, 6 July 2011 (UTC)
- In any case, this isn't a TfD for {{Multi-word family name}}. --Cybercobra (talk) 04:00, 7 July 2011 (UTC)

- Delete, after replacing with {{Multi-word family name}} (as per nom). Reduce overloading hatnote. This one is overlapping without difference, so easy choice. -DePiep (talk) 22:49, 14 July 2011 (UTC)
- Redirect. 198.102.153.2 (talk) 20:46, 15 July 2011 (UTC)

Unneeded non-free template. Links into four pages. JJ98 (Talk / Contributions) 07:45, 4 July 2011 (UTC)
- Delete, the template is redundant to other fair use templates and seems oddly specific for just one company. Just a note, User:Jj98 has added the template to a large number of revisions (see his contributions and click "500 revisions" for a good assessment of how many have been added just recently from the original four). I believe, however, this will just make things more complicated for those trying to upload media, and I think it should be deleted. Nomader (talk) 16:33, 5 July 2011 (UTC)

Template based on an article not likely to survive AfD. Not used in any articles except the AfD candidate. MikeWazowski (talk) 05:19, 4 July 2011 (UTC)
ConditionalDeleteIf the article is deleted then so should this. If it stays it should be renamed "Template:University of Utah Alumni Association Par Excellence Award recipients" without re-direct. Mtking (talk) 23:21, 8 July 2011 (UTC)The article has been deleted at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Par Excellence Award, this is now a unused template and should be deleted.
