[edit]Why there is no "box" on the right with "date of birth, date of death, place of birth", etc? Like other Wiki articles? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 203.111.224.71 (talk) 09:46, 1 March 2016 (UTC)
- Because no one has added it? Every bit of text at Wikipedia exists because someone decided something was missing, and then added it themselves. If you would like to add such a box, you can find instructions for using them at Help:Infobox. --Jayron32 09:52, 1 March 2016 (UTC)
- As Jayron32 said, these boxes are called infoboxes. There was a discussion about whether an infobox should (or should not) be included on the Kubrick article; the discussion finished with a decision to remove (or leave out) an infobox on the page as it gave no value to the page—the administrator who closed the discussion said including an infobox would be "an infobox for the sake of adding one. It adds nothing of value to the article and it looks far better without one." matt (talk) 11:04, 1 March 2016 (UTC)
