[edit]Dear Wikimedia Project Contributor, I am the assistant to Sue Gardner, the Executive Director of the Wikimedia Foundation, the organization behind Wikipedia. Sue will be in Toronto from February 6-8 for speaking engagement at the Schulich School of Business. [edit]- On the issue of deleting Library and Archives Canada material, see discussion on mailing list (including LAC correspondence asserting copyright) and Commons:Commons:Deletion requests/Library and Archives Canada non-PD images. I hope you will find this is not an example of deletionism, but rather the proper enforcement of Commons copyright rules. --Padraic 15:16, 8 February 2011 (UTC)
