The Wikimedia New York City Annual Meeting was held on Saturday June 30, 2012 at Jefferson Market Library (425 Sixth Ave / Avenue of the Americas) in Lower Manhattan (Google Maps).

Business will include the election of a nine-member chapter board of directors for Wikimedia NYC.

By our Wikimedia NYC Bylaws, voting will be done in person at the meeting, with proxy voting available for those members unable to attend.

We'll start the official meeting at the library from 1 pm to 4:30pm, and afterward we'll walk to dinner at 5 pm, probably at Sammy's Noodle.

Note: Closest subway stops are Christopher Street–Sheridan Square on the 1/2/3 and West Fourth Street–Washington Square on the A/C/D/E/F. Note however, that the 1 is not running south of 14th Street this weekend. If you want to get down to Christopher, you must take a 2 or 3, which will run local.
