Planning for a meetup in Manchester.
- When? Saturday 4 April, 1:00pm (although some people will be turning up at 12-ish)
- Where? The Manchester & County
- Who? See below for a list of likely attendees.
I think Kro is more expensive. I really think Wetherspoons would be better. I hear it was a bit noisy last time, but it's normally a very good place. --Deskana (talk) 16:06, 25 March 2009 (UTC)
- Shall we hold a vote? Majorly talk 17:27, 25 March 2009 (UTC)
- But... but... voting is evil!!!two1 --Deskana (talk) 12:59, 26 March 2009 (UTC)
- I'd be fine with a vote. Luckily real life doesn't have the same rules as WP, or making law would be much more difficult. Picture the scene: parliament is in session, debating a new bill and an MP walks over, scribbles a paragraph out and the rest of the discussion is on whether he should have scribbled said para out rather than the bill itself. - Alright, lets say Wetherspoons. If it is fine, we'll stay, if it is loud and shouty we'll debate whether or not to go to Kro from there. I'll leave messages to that effect. Ironholds (talk) 05:22, 3 April 2009 (UTC)

Unlikely to be able to make it that weekend.OK, I've spent less than I thought this term. I may be able to come. Let me know which train to grab. Interested, depending on date.Almost certainly cannot make that weekend. Warofdreams talk 00:32, 20 March 2009 (UTC)- --Childoftv (talk) 00:54, 20 March 2009 (UTC)
- I think I'll be abke to make it this time! Skinny87 (talk) 09:01, 20 March 2009 (UTC)

[edit]Summary
[edit]Five people came: Majorly, Neurolysis, Ironholds, FlyingToaster and Skinny87.
Ironholds and FlyingToaster came disguised as reporters and conducted the world's most awkward 30 minute interview on Neurolysis.
