Hello, and thank you for your request. Please provide a link to a page proving the file's license. We need this to be able to upload the file. Generally, the webpage the file is on will have the license information on it. If an appropriate license link is not received within seven days, the request will be declined. Just because an author makes an image publically viewable on Google+ does not mean they are releasing it into the public domain. See Google's Terms of Service for more information: "Some of our Services allow you to upload, submit, store, send or receive content. Comment: The link you provided appears to link to a logo not hosted on the company's website. Checking the company's main website here reveals that the current official logo is what is currently already on the Wikipedia article for the company. As such, can you provide any official documentation to support your claim that this logo is indeed the new official logo, at which time consideration for fair-use will be undertaken. Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

It illustrates an educational article about the way the chemical presented in the article works.
The image is used as the primary means of visual identification of the article topic.
It is a low resolution image, and thus not suitable for production of counterfeit goods.
The image is not used in such a way that the reader would be confused into believing that the article is written or authorized by the owner of the image.
It is not replaceable with an uncopyrighted or freely copyrighted image of comparable educational value.
