Original – Today's POTD caption is as follows: The Machinery Hall at Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, USA was designed by C. V. Kerr of Patten & Fisher and built in 1901. In 2004, the building was recognized as a Chicago Landmark.
Reason
I saw this was the Commons POTD today and it is a Chicago building. It has been reshot and corrected since Wikipedia:Featured picture candidates/IIT Machinery Hall in 2010.
