  • I used the Padma Vibhushan award recipients featured list as a basis.
  • Use "Class II" instead of "class-two". It looks better not written out.
  • "A centrally located lotus flower" → Link Lotus flower
  • "Government of India were "titles" as per the Article 18 (1)" → capitalize "Titles"
  • Link Article 18 (1) to s:Constitution of India/Part III over at Wikisource
  • Put a period at the end of "Truth alone triumphs". (That's what the slogan says on the official page)
  • Everything in the table looks good based in the other list's table

Actually Sanad means 'certificate' or 'diploma', which is already mentioned in that sentence.

  • The second paragraph is in need of more in-line citations for things like dates, measurements, etc.

  • I would have thought that the title should be 1999 not 99, per recent(ish) changes to MOS relating to year ranges. Same in the prose etc.
